1. Chelsea Barracks SW1

2. West End Gate W2

This development by Berkeley on Edgware Road launched at the end of January 2017. It has a great location just a short walk from Hyde Park, Paddington Station and Oxford Street.

3. Nova SW1

We don’t have the link to the sales site for No 1 Grosvenor Square in Mayfair yet. LODHA website says the development is coming soon! It is expected to complete in 2018.

The freehold of Rathbone Square was sold by Great Portland Estates for £435 million in February. The development will be completed in Spring 2017.

6. Clarges Mayfair W1

The offices at 7 Clarges Street were 83 per cent let on January. The 12 remaining apartments will be marketed in late 2017 upon completion of the development.

7. The Post Building WC1

In January managment consultant McKinsey announced it will take 100,000 sq ft of office space in this development. Completing in 2018.

This development should now be complete.

New release at Wardian London

Wardian London February 2017 Release

New release of apartments are launching at Wardian London 2nd March 2017.

The prices for the apartments, which should be ready for occupation in 2019, start from £617,000.

The two-bed Hortorium apartments released at the launch all have their own individual garden terrace, up to 37.2 square metres in size, that will be looked after by an onsite Wardian gardener.

The atriums and communal areas in the buildings, including the swimming pool, will be surrounded by greenery with over 100 different species of exotic plants for residents to enjoy.

The development is named after Nathanial Bagshaw Ward, the man who created the Wardian case to transport exotic plants back to the UK during the British Empire.

The launch is held at the Design Cube, Marsh Wall. As part of the event two half hour talks will be given by Michael Pawlyn, the creator of the biomes at the Eden Project. The talks aim to provide more background on how incorporating nature into design and architecture has the potential to create a more positive and fulfilled lifestyle.

The apartments at The Skyline Collection start from £3,350,000.

First completions of this development by St James start from Autumn 2017.
