Spire London, the tallest residential tower in Europe, launches today!

Spire London is launching today!

The 771 feet 5 ½ inches tall 67-storey tower on West India Quay in London’s Canary Wharf will be the tallest residential building in Western Europe. Designed by HOK, the £800 million development will provide 861 private and affordable homes.

Amenities will include a concierge, infinity pool on the 35th floor, gym facilities, private cinema and a sky bar.

Prices start from £595,000.

Chinese real estate developer Greenland Group aims to complete the development by 2020.

Residential selling agents are JLL and CBRE.
